Vox Audio Visual was selected after a competitive bidding process to overhaul the building automation and av systems at the Colcord Hotel. Guests can now enjoy laser sharp images in each ballroom via new projectors that compensate for ambient light. Presenters can now beam any portable device wirelessly to the projection screens without the need for cables and adapters. Vox Audio Visual’s wireless casting system by BARCO is device agnostic supporting Windows, OSX, Chrome, and Air Play although simply tethering to the secure network via display settings on their computer or via a easy to interface small USB transmitter. Audio in each room is fully automatic for exceptional background music clarity and microphone usage. The new systems have reduced staff requirements, wasted time, and the need for rentals.
